How many ponytails should I buy?
Custom colored ponytails are sold in pairs.
Select 3 ponytails if your looking to add highlights.
Select 6 ponytails is you are creating a full look.
Are Raw Indian Bulk ponytails sold by weight?
Raw Indian bulk ponytails are imported directly from religious temples in India. Each ponytail sold by @LondonAndreaa comes directly from a single human donor. All humans are different, therefore all ponytails are different in size, density, and texture. Unlike wefted(on track) Raw Indian hair, Raw Indian ponytails are not sold by weight because they are unprocessed. What is the coloring process for this Raw Indian hair?
Custom colored ponytails are hand dyed by @LondonAndreaa. Once recieved by import from India, Raw Indian hair will be washed, chemically lifted to lighten, and toned to take out all brassiness. This is a multi day process done in batches of 40 bundles at a time. This process is completed by @LondonAndreaa SINGLE HANDEDLY. How long will my order take to ship?
Custom colored ponytails are imported then processed in house by @LondonAndreaa therefore they do NOT ship on the same schedule as natural colored, unprocessed Raw Indian hair. Your Raw Indian hair will be colored in the order that it came in. Please order in advance.
Are there any rushed/expedited delivery services?
All orders are shipped via Fedex 2 day shipping once your order is processed. Unfortunately, there are no faster options available. It is in your best interest to purchase in advance and support with patience. Failure to plan accordingly will alway resort in emergency*
How will I be notified about shipping?
All receipts, order confirmation, and tracking updates will be sent automatically to your email. Please do not text, dm, or email about updates on custom color. I am working daily to ensure that all orders are sent out in a timely manner.
